Terms & Conditions – Legacy Spa Co., Ltd.
By booking or using any service offered by Legacy Spa Co., Ltd. (“Legacy Spa”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are binding for all clients and visitors of our facility.
1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Walk-ins are welcome but subject to available slots.
You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, without refund or compensation.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. This includes online reservations, walk-ins, and pre-paid packages.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments, cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
Rescheduling is not permitted, regardless of the reason.
3. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries before treatment. This includes recent surgeries, pregnancy, or chronic illness.
Legacy Spa is not liable for any issues that arise due to undisclosed medical conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be safe or appropriate for the client.
4. Facility Use & Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions at all times.
Aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises — without refund.
Mobile phone use is discouraged in treatment areas to preserve a calm atmosphere.
5. Age Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to receive treatments unless accompanied by a legal guardian and with written consent.
Access to certain facilities (e.g. sauna or cold plunge) may be restricted for minors.
6. Liability
Legacy Spa is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
All services are provided at your own risk. By proceeding with any treatment, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
7. Pricing & Packages
All prices are listed in Thai Baht and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and materials provided by Legacy Spa are the intellectual property of Legacy Spa Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Privacy
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle your data.
We may contact you via email, SMS, or phone in relation to your booking, service updates, or promotions. You can opt out at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Suratthani Province.
