At Legacy Spa, we are committed to delivering a premium recovery experience through our treatments and facilities. To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and service quality, we operate under a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refunds on Booked Services
All purchases, including massages, sauna sessions, cold plunge access, and any other treatments or packages, are non-refundable. This includes same-day bookings, online reservations, or walk-ins.
2. Missed Appointments & No-Shows
Missed appointments or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please ensure you arrive on time to make full use of your reserved slot.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to respect the next client’s time. Late arrivals do not qualify for refunds or partial compensation.
4. Changes or Cancellations
All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds, rescheduling, or credits for cancellations — regardless of the reason.
5. Treatment Satisfaction
Our team is highly trained to deliver excellent service. However, personal preferences or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify for a refund or compensation.
